Sharad Navratri 2022 will be celebrated from 26,Sep to 5,Oct in India. Navratri is a big hindu festival that spans over 9 days. During these days people worship the nine avatars of Maa Durga.
Day 1 – Shailaputri
Day 2 – Brahmacharini
Day 3 – Chandraghanta
Day 4 – Kushmanda
Day 5 – Skandamata
Day 6 – Katyayani
Day 7 – Kaalaratri
Day 8 – Mahagauri
Day 9 – Siddhidatri
The hindu devotees keep fast during these days to celebrate the festival of Navratri. People organise harts, jagran/jagrata etc to celebrate the festival.
People can start new business during these auspicious days or buy new things such as car, bike, house etc. During navratri wedding ceremonies should not be organized by Hindus. However, you can fix marriages(Marriage Biodata) during these days.
